Service Engineer (EU – Regional)

Structo is looking for a dedicated Service Engineer (EU – Regional) to join our team. Structo is a Singapore-based dental 3D printing solutions provider. We design, develop and build 3D printers tailored for dental applications using our unique proprietary Mask Stereolithography or MSLA technology. We have our solutions installed in leading dental laboratories worldwide across 4 continents. We are a diverse team in R&D and Engineering positions across hardware design, software development and material science disciplines.

key responsibilities:
  • Installation/Service/Maintainence/Repair of Structo’s products and support to Structo’s customers.
  • Proficient in customer management to achieve high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Able to analyse customer specific issues and provide improvements on Structo machines and/or customer processes to cumulatively achieve high production uptime.
  • Able to analyse customer product usage and inform sales team of sales predictions numbers based on customer usage history for increasing support and recurring revenues.
  • Willing to travel on a frequent and impromptu basis (70% - 90% of working days) to customer sites for troubleshooting/installation/customer support. This may include frequent overnight flights and unplanned overtime.
  • Regular maintenance and upkeep of Structo Demo facility and assistance in R&D and internal printer testing during service downtime.
  • Broaden knowledge and experience to improve product, application and professional development skills and ultimately, represent the company in a highly professional manner.
  • Document service/support visits task in a detailed and timely manner.
  • Strong technical background (Mechanical/Electrical engineering/technician).
  • Able to interact with customers and build customer relationships with high value customers.
  • Prior experience in global/regional service and maintenance role.
  • Valid EU Driving License

This job requires the engineer to travel frequently across Europe, and Singapore for trainings. The engineer is also required to drive to customer installation sites from time to time.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. Weekend work might be required from time to time, and the work will be reimbursable.
