We’re getting more mature and our project are bigger and we’re running multiple projects in our organisation simultaneously. For instance, we have some success with our custom automation solutions. At the same time, we are upgrading and extending our product portfolio in our standalone printer line-up. Our preferred approach for our projects is for the the engineering team of Structo to provide the core technology and manage the overall of the project and to outsource other parts of the project to sub-contractors.

We are looking to expand our team with an experienced all-around:

Senior Project Manager

Your key competencies

• Take ownership of the project and deliver result
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team from project initiation to hand-over, give technical guidance to the team
• Able to act as the Structo ambassador to our customers
• Able to manage engineering sub-contractors in a project
• Capable to represent the project as a whole on management team level

Your key results

Managing projects, by

• setting goals, making plans and planning
• being on top of the technical developments
• leading the team to success
• ensuring that the project remains on schedule
• tracking deliverables and providing updates to relevant stakeholders
• ensuring the project is sticking to the agreed-upon budget

1. Help in implementing product strategy including product improvement, feature prioritization and costing.
2. Improve and implement project management strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
3. Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process

Your profile

• Master’s degree in engineering or in a related field like mechatronics, a project management certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experienced leader with proven record of building effective teams through managing, coaching, and resolving conflicts.

Your position in the organisation

• You will report directly to the Vice President of Engineering
• The position is based in Singapore
• Under normal non Covid circumstances you are willing to travel to customers on-site, for approximately 4 weeks per year.
